To give you a taster, check out these inspiring pieces…
One of our volunteers was the 4000th Sustrans volunteer…
“I want to prove to people that although I’m visually impaired, having a disability doesn’t and shouldn’t stop you from doing the things you love. I want to show people that they can make a change, and having a go at cycling or walking to work is better than not trying at all.
“Through volunteering with Sustrans, I can do all of these things as well as being able to help improve the cycle safety of the students at the university, making cycling safe and enjoyable.”
Our training offer is second to none!
- Train to be a walk, cycle and maintenance instructor
- Administration and marketing
- Business and enterprise
- Helping in schools
- Supporting people with disabilities
We offer ongoing training, support and rewards!
This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your skills, experience and CV.
What ever skills, experience and time you have we’re sure
to have something for you!
Interested? Pop your details on one of our sign up forms and we’ll get back to you quickly to arrange to meet and discuss your needs.
Over 3,700 volunteers currently help Sustrans. We’d love you to join us!
